i'm an operations professional who never left the music world. by day i build systems — jira dashboards, erp rollouts, workflows that make companies run smoother. by night i host unveiling the soul on radio worm rotterdam, talking to the humans behind the records.

i studied media & entertainment management, wrote my thesis on how dutch indie labels survive digital distribution, and along the way got salesforce-certified at uc irvine and studied the music industry at nyu. i believe good operations should feel invisible — and good radio should feel like a friend.
